Orders

Jungle Shakti will deem all orders confirmed upon the completion of the online store purchase process. Please note once an order is placed there can be no amendment/changes done to the order. Jungle Shakti refuses the right to serve any customers in the future who cancel or refuse the goods after the purchase process.

Payment

All payments on the Jungle Shakti online store will be processed using Australian Dollars (AUD). The exchange rate will be fixed against the Australian Dollar monthly for Cash on Delivery* and Pick-Up. Exchange rate calculations via the online payment gateway will be at current daily market rates. Please see list of all payment methods below.  

 

Online Payment Gateway - a dedicated, safe STRIPE payment gateway has been installed for your convenience. Jungle Shakti recommends this method of payment for a sound online experience.

Cash on Delivery* - our logistics partner will hand over an envelope for payment along with your purchase. Please insert payment (Cash/Coins) into the envelope and securely seal it. Upon securely sealing the envelope, please hand over the payment back to our logistics partner.

Goods will not be delivered or handed over in the event payment is not received. Jungle Shakti reserves the right to cancel the said order.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Delivery

At Jungle Shakti, all products in stock will generally be processed and shipped to Sri Lanka within 35-40 business days. Jungle Shakti recommends orders to be placed on the first week of any given month to receive your shipment during the following month. Jungle Shakti will not be responsible for any delays by the shipping line.

Upon the receipt of goods to the store from Australia, you will be notified via email/call on the date of delivery. Jungle Shakti will endeavour to maintain 2-7 business days delivery upon arrival of goods to the Rajagiriya store from Australia (Standard delivery methods are via our logistic partner(s)) across Colombo 1 to 15.

Our logistics partners may request you to confirm contact and order details at the time of delivery along with your signature stating that you have accepted the goods in good condition.


Pick-Up

The goods can be picked up from the reception at Sky Gardens Apartments, Rajagiriya (off Buthgamuwa road. Main entrance on Perera Mawatha).
Dedicated days and time slots allocated are:
Thursdays 5PM-7PM, Saturdays PM-5PM
Call or text Nancy on 071 331 4221 to confirm your pickup day and time.
Please use the pick-up option in the event you are placing orders beyond Colombo (Outside delivery zone, Colombo 1 to Colombo 15).
 

Tracking
Jungle Shakti does not provide tracking information due to limited facilities in the market. Once your order has been processed, you will be e-mailed your order confirmation along with an invoice number which can be used as a reference in case of major delays. Please email with your order number to nancy@jungleshakti.com in the event your shipment exceeds 45 business days.
 

International Shipping & Delivery
At this stage, Jungle Shakti does not deliver internationally. Expansion to South-East Asia is in progress. Please contact us if you have any enquiries.
 

Delivery Costs

Within Colombo 1 to Colombo 15 orders over $125 AUD will be delivered free of charge (Use code OVER125 at checkout). A flat rate of $4 AUD will be charged for orders under $125 AUD

For special promotions & competitions, all orders will receive delivery free of charge to any location within Colombo. 

Express Shipping is currently not available.

Returns

Jungle Shakti strictly follows a no returns policy.
